Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Rhythmbox
2. Go to Edit->Plugins
3. In the grid to the left click the "Plugin" column header

What happens:

Nothing

What should happen:

Rhythmbox should sort the plugin list alphabetically.

The plugin dialog no longer has sortable columns.
