Data series can be shown or optionally not shown in a legend, but trend lines have no such option.  They are often superfluous and add clutter.  It would be very nice if there were a way to delete them from the legend, preferably with a check box as for data series.

A screenshot is attached.

This occurs in version 1.10.9 in Windows and version 1.9.x for Linux, so presumably in all versions.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.
