"In evolutions calendar:
 * create new meeting
 [* add attendee(s)]
 * observe in the meeting dialog:
   - tool bar displays button with tooltip: "Query free / b usy information for attendees"
   - menu options displays entry "Free / Busy"
 * save appointment

now:
 * in the month view, open the context menu for the new meeting entry and select "Open appointment"
 * observe in the meeting dialog:
    - toolbar displays button as above
    - menu displays entry as above
 * close appointment
 * double click appointment in month view:
 * observe in the meeting dialog:
    - no "Query F/B" button
    - no menu entry "Free / Busy""

This is fixing it. I also removed some duplicated code, it was unnecessary to duplicate it.
