Description ojwlists 2010-08-14 11:45:18 UTC
Browsing a digital camera (with a broken clock that creates all files with timestamp of Wed 31 Dec 2003 23:00:00 GMT) mounted as USB device at /media/card1/DCIM/100OLYMP

Camera creates filenames like P1010085.JPG where due to the camera's clock, those filenames get reused each time you clear the camera's memory and take new pictures.

In Nautilus, the thumbnails view shows images from a previous set, which don't match the images actually on the camera.

It would be nice if (for example) Ctrl-R or F5 could look at the files in more detail and detect the ones whose thumbnail needs updating.
