the function tooltips appear to use a white background with writing int heme colours. (see attached screenshot)

This may make the text unreadable.

Note that the comment tooltips on the other hand are fine.

The same problem occurs with the tooltips showing column widths and row heights.

Note that removing the style settings in gnumeric_create_tooltip_rc_style fixes the issue but shows the tooltips in theme colours. THis can be a problem since some of the argument highlighting is in blue and so could clash.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
