I've added Clix as a separate provider since the APN is different, and I couldn't figure out a good plan name for all of them.  Since Clix merged with Optimus this year we still need to keep the Optimus APNs, so we'd need a name for all of them: 'umts' (the 3G one apparently), 'internet' (the old GPRS one), and the new clix Internet Movel one.
