GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 624376
Brasero fails to copy audio CD in dao mode.
Last modified: 2018-09-21 17:05:35 UTC
The error is: All required applications and libraries are not installed. Please install the following manually and try again: toc2cue (application) cdrdao (application) toc2cue (application) cdrdao (application). "toc2cue" should reference "cue2toc" as that package is what cdrdao needs. The other package appears to be required, but it's not installed as a dependancy. Also, the 1.2.2-18ubuntu4 version that ships with 10.04 doesn't work with this version of brasero.
I can confirm this bug. It still exists.

Is that still reproducible? > The other package appears to be required, but it's not installed as a dependancy. This should be a packaging bug you should report to the distribution you are using (Ubuntu?). > Also, the 1.2.2-18ubuntu4 version that ships with 10.04 doesn't work with this > version of brasero. 1.2.2-18ubuntu4 refers to cdrdao. Please report this as a *separate* and make sure to provide all the log files. $ brasero --brasero-media-debug --brasero-burn-debug > `date + "%Y%m%d-%H%M%S"`.log 2>&1 Though you should check before, that you are not affected by Debian bug #688229 [1].
