Windows-XP, GIMP-2.6.9
Try to open PDF-files from explorer with GIMP.
If there's cyrillic chars in filename (path), GIMP reports file not exist.

Sometimes that's the only way to extract schemes and images from PDF.
Renaming many documents and moving them to drive C: is not an option. :(
