Description seb 2010-06-27 20:18:59 UTC
Hi,
as the title sais, it would be great if Rhythmbox would support multiple Genres for one track.
e.g. I have an album whose tracks have the genre "Reggae\Dub\Hip-Hop\Dancehall".

The genres should be split up internally at the '\' and the respective tracks should show up on each genre.
Other players and taggers support this (e.g. foobar2000) by either adding multiple genre tags in the ID3v2 properties or separating the tags in one tag field (like above).

I guess this could be handled easily as there could be many separators like '\' ';' ',' '/' etc. (they are all pretty uncommon for genres)
