When navigating web pages like slashdot.org, we hear headings announced as "Plus link heading level 3".  The rest of heading text is not read.  I think this is well understood by Joanmarie, so this bug is just being filed to keep track of this issue.

Given everything else on the to-do list, non-critical Gecko-related bugs are
going to have to wait until after 3.0, unless someone volunteers to do them.

If someone volunteers, I'd be happy to nudge them in the right directions; otherwise, I'll pick this back up after 3.0.

SEEMS LIKE SLASHDOT.ORG HAS CHANGED THERE MARKUP, i CAN REPRODUCE WITH EITHER A FIREFOX NIGHTLY OR 3.5 i ALSO WROTE A TEST CONTAINING <H1>FOO <A>BAR</A> BAZ </H1>  WHICH WORKED IN BOTH
