Delete the typedef of GdkDevicePrivate, it's in gdkdevice.h now.

Build of GDKQuartz fails because 
typedef struct _GdkDevicePrivate GdkDevicePrivate; 
appears in both gdk/gdkdevice.h and gdk/quartz/gtkinputprivate.h

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
