Description Philippe BOURGAULT 2010-06-24 12:55:04 UTC
When generating, for the first time, HTML and CHM output, graphic files generated by dot are missing in the output CHM file and replaced by red crosses.

This happens when generating for the first time; that is when no previous html output files are present in html folder. If performing 2 consecutives HTML/CHM builds, the second generated CHM file is correct.

Not an expert about doxygen tool but, new in 1.7.0 release, the graphic files are now generated by dot tool after CHM due to new multithreading DOT_NUM_THREADS option.

Here is an example log output :

...
Generating docs for compound ...
Generating graphical class hierarchy...
Generating namespace index...
Generating namespace member index...
Generating graph info page...
Generating file index...
Generating example index...
Generating file member index...
finalizing index lists...

Running html help compiler...

Generating dot graphs using 3 parallel threads...
Running dot for graph 1/136
Running dot for graph 2/136
Running dot for graph 3/136
Running dot for graph 4/136
Running dot for graph 5/136
...

When looking to the .PNG files appearing in the html folder with their associated .MAP file, they clearly appear after the CHM file.

Regards,
Philippe.
