Do not exclude Documentation from applications

There is currently no way of launching the desktop-wide help other
then running yelp explicitly from the run dialog or a terminal. It
should instead be included with the rest of applications.

Even though I agree that it should be accessable from somewhere ... I am not sure if it really should be an application.

Lets see what the designers think.

I wasn't that sure myself (I was thinking more of a search provider for help), here's some snippets from the irc conversation:

<mccann> oh the Help app?
<fmuellner> yup
<mccann> should probably be a Help app if there isn't already
but maybe we could have a search provider for help too I guess
<fmuellner> mccann: not sure why, but it doesn't appear in the application menu - maybe it just doesn't install a desktop file, not sure
hmm, there is a desktop file but apparently we filter it out somewhere

[...]

<mccann> fmuellner: what was the bug # you filed?
<fmuellner> mccann: bug 622458
<fmuellner> mccann: it only addresses the problem of yelp being excluded from the applications, not the idea of adding a search provider for it
<mccann> right
<fmuellner> mccann: to come up with a working patch for the latter would require some more time :)
<mccann> yeah I don't think it is necessary either at this point
