Holger Wansing <linux@wansing-online.de> was kind to check the the German PO file for 1.3.1 and shared his observations in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=313985.

Most problems he found still exist in the latest git version, please check the updated patch (attached here).

Disclaimer: I don't speak German myself, I'm just forwarding the fixes.
