All (?) the other games in the gnome-games series uses Ctrl+q to quit while Aisleriot uses Ctrl+w. All the games should use the same command to quit.

One doesn't "quit" aisleriot, one closes the window, for which the stock shortcut is Ctrl-W. (Note that Alt-F4 is also supported by way of being the window manager's binding for Close Window). I don't think we need a third keybinding for that.
