Description Pedro Villavicencio 2010-05-31 18:40:41 UTC
this report has been filed here:

https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/file-roller/+bug/587974

"when creating a new 7zip archive with file-roller it is impossible to tick the checkbox for "encrypt file list too" (although it is _NOT_ greyed out). If this feature is not implemented (yet) the option should be greyed out. If it is then the checkbox status should change. I encountered this behaviour on another system as well."

Thanks,

I have just tested it. Typing the password first works as expected.
Comment 2 Pablo Castellano (IRC: pablog) 2010-06-01 03:34:37 UTC
Maybe the checkbox should be grayed while the password field is empty
Comment 3 Paolo Bacchilega 2010-06-01 08:02:23 UTC
now the checkbox is always active if the archive type supports header encryption.
