Description Paul 2010-05-04 21:04:44 UTC
The clock randomly stops for hours at a time. If I go to the clock settings and change an option it starts again.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
This bug report isn't very useful because it doesn't describe the bug well. If you have time and can still reproduce the bug, please read http://bugzilla.gnome.org/bug-HOWTO.html and add a more useful description to this bug.

This bug was reported downstream at:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-panel/+bug/319726

This bug was found in Ubuntu 10.04's gnome-panel package version 1:2.30.0-0ubuntu2.

This bug seems to appear only when auto-hide has been enabled.

Yes I can confirm this. Change the status to NEW

bugzilla.gnome.org is being replaced by gitlab.gnome.org. We are closing all old bug reports in Bugzilla which have not seen updates for many years.

If you can still reproduce this issue in a currently supported version of GNOME (currently that would be 3.38), then please feel free to report it at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-panel/-/issues/

Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry it could not be fixed.
