Description Philip Gillißen 2010-04-28 16:50:39 UTC
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select an album in browser
2. Scroll down (Mouse wheel or scroll bar)
3. Wait or scroll further until the list jumps back to the selected album

Expected behaviour:
Non interrupted scrolling

The behaviour is very annoying because you cannot look through your albums if you select any filter there. Only the selection of "All albums" doesn't show this behaviour.

Here are my system details:

$ uname -a
Linux xxx 2.6.31-20-generic #58-Ubuntu SMP Fri Mar 12 04:38:19 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Oof, that sounds very annoying. Do you have any background tasks going on - eg importing files, BPM analysis, etc? You can hover over the lower-left spinner icon (if it's there) to see what is running.

Hm, I currently cannot reproduce this error. I will definitely find out, when this bug occurs.

Sorry for the inconvenience. More details later...

Banshee is not under active development anymore and had its last code changes more than three years ago. Its codebase has been archived.

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping to reflect
reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket (or rather transfer the project
to GNOME Gitlab, as GNOME Bugzilla is being shut down) if anyone takes the
responsibility for active development again.
See https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/Infrastructure/issues/264 for more info.
