Description Marcel Telka 2010-04-27 21:31:57 UTC
The following message is unclear, hardly understandable and maybe poorly worded"

#: ../vinagre/vinagre-connect.c:87 ../vinagre/vinagre-connect.c:334
#: ../vinagre/vinagre-connect.c:446
msgid "Could not get the active protocol in the protocol list."
msgstr ""

What does it mean when we are "getting a protocol IN the list"?

If the message is something like:
"Could not FIND the active protocol in the protocol list."
"Could not get the active protocol FROM the protocol list."
"Could not get the active protocol INTO the protocol list."
then it would be understandable (I hope).

Please either add a translation comment explaining what is this message about or reword the message to be understandable. Thanks.

The right word would be "from". will fix that in 2.31. Meanwhile I've added a comment.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
