When I hover weblink cursor icon doesn't change.

Mono 2.6.3, Tomboy 1.2.0, Snow Leopard.

For a detailed description please see the commit message. I am not happy with casting doubles to ints here but I have not seen none integral coordinates used.

I tested the patch on mac and linux, maybe we should try this on windows too before pushing.

This seems reasonable.  Go ahead and push, if you've tested on Mac and Linux, and I'll just make sure to ask Ben to test it on Windows before the next release.

I'd prefer to see the csproj change in a separate commit, though.
