My iPod classic 120 GB lets Banshee crash if I sync my whole library. It is reproduceable and occured since a daily build update about two weeks ago (or sth. around this date).

The problem persists in 1.6.0+git20100411.r2.ac7975a-0ubuntu1+karmic, too.

Thanks for the report, Guerda!  That log makes me think it might be an issue in GStreamer itself.

What version of GStreamer do you have?  What distribution/version of Linux?

I don't know the gstreamer version atm, because I'm not on my home pc. I will post it here asap.
