fix SourceviewCell implementation of ianjuta_iterable_set_position

Subject says it all. I'm using this in the vala plugin so I'd like this to be fixed before 2.30. A (single line) patch is included.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
