GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 611220
"The file has been ..." vs. "There are %d files ..."
Last modified: 2010-07-11 15:24:21 UTC
Singular and plural forms of the message below are not consistent. I suggest either "There is file that has been ..." for singular, or "%d files have been ..." for plural. Also, the word "version" in singular version is confusing a bit. I suggest to replace "version" with "file". Thanks. #: ../data/ui/update.ui.h:2 ../src/dlg-update.c:182 #, c-format msgid "" "The file has been modified with an external application. If you don't update " "the version in the archive, all of your changes will be lost." msgid_plural "" "There are %d files that have been modified with an external application. If " "you don't update the files in the archive, all of your changes will be lost."
we are in string freeze now, this will be fixed in the next development cycle.
This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
