0001-Set-playbin2-s-bus-to-flushing-when-shutting-down-un.patch

Hi,
with latest GIT of totem the automatic codec installation is broken again. Instead of just starting the codec installer, totem shows an error message (or two or three) after starting the codec installer.

This is fixed by the attached patch, explanation is in the commit message.

Shall I commit this?

(If you worry that the bus is never set to flush=false, we do that in bacon_video_widget_open())
