Add ability to sort contacts by using several criteria

For example:
By statute and by name at the same time
By Statut and protocol

Another option is "by log size", so the contacts spoken to most often are at the top of the contact list.

Bug 571668 is a request for sorting by log size. The comments indicate there used to be a sort by status option, though I don't see it in 3.9.91.
