When I do a checkout from subversion the two files addon/doxywizard/config.h and addon/doxywizard/config.l are missing from the sources, and I see no obvious way to auto-generate them. Building doxywizard from the checkout fails for me due to these missing files.

If I copy the two files from a release tarball into the svn checkout tree it compiles, but that doesn't seem to be the right way to do things.

That's wrong indeed. I'll add the files in the next subversion update.
In the meantime, please use your workaround.

This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in
doxygen version 1.6.3. Please verify if this is indeed the case. Reopen the
bug if you think it is not fixed and please include any additional information 
that you think can be relevant.
