screenshot of gnumeric paste error

When multiple lines of text are imported, gnumeric correctly brings up the "Text Import Configuration" window and shows all the lines of text. However, it frequently cuts off the "lines to import" at 10 or so lines less than there are in the pasted text.

I have attached a screenshot showing this behavior.

If the same text is pasted into i.e. gedit and than saved to a text file, gnumeric can then correctly import the text from the file, it just does not work properly from copy and paste from the system.

I have encountered this problem under Gnumeric 9.04 and 9.10. I am fairly sure it was not present in the version of Gnumeric packaged with Ubuntu 8.04. I can't say for sure that this is a bug with Gnumeric rather than the system, but I haven't observed similar behavior in any other program (i.e. openoffice).
