Patch to fix broken UCI support in glchess

Glchess support in uci is currently broken - glchess will crash when using any UCI chess engine.

To reproduce this bug, select any UCI chess engine (fruit, toga2, glaurung).

The bug is caused by an incorrect, duplicate initialization of the variable __queuedCommands.  See attached proposed patch.
