New Fedora 12 installation.

I attempted to open a video and received the msg:

Internal GStreamer error: negotiation problem.  Please file a bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer.

File extension: ogv
Video: Theora
Audio: Vorbis

No more details
