Description antony.seedhouse 2009-12-26 23:17:00 UTC
These bugs were reported here https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/500610

Both problems do not occur (for me at least) in Jaunty/nautilus-2.26.2-0ubun

[problem] No "eject" context-menu option for blank disks

[steps to reproduce]
When I right-click a non-blank disk, I get "unmount" and "eject" options.
When I right-click a blank disk, I only get "unmount".

[problem] Clicking eject icon in nautilus doesn't work for blank disks.

[steps to reproduce]

1. Insert a blank disk and it's recognized as such.
2. Open Nautilus in browser mode (Ubuntu default)
3. Click the "eject" icon next to the disk on the sidebar

What happens:

The working directory in Nautilus changes to /home/$USER

What should happen:

Disk should be ejected
