add gtk+-2.0 to the requires field of polkit-gtk-1.pc.in

Hi, I am currently working on vala bindings for polkit-gtk-1. I was unable to generate these due to the ommision of gtk+-2.0 in the 'Requires:' field of the relevant pkgconfig config file. Attached is a patch to fix this.

policykit-gnome is not under active development anymore.
Its codebase has been archived:

reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket (or rather reactivate the project
