eps file which does only display a blank page on evince

For some eps files evince only displays a blank page instead of the eps file. The same figures display fine if they are included inside an latex document (compiled to either ps or pdf) or if converted to pdf. This seems to happen most often with eps files generated with matplotlib.

Confirmed with evince and libspectre from git master.

It's a libspectre issue, running the ps scanner with the option to ignore EOF comments fixes the problem, but I don't know whether it might break other documents. Could you please forward this bug to freedesktop bugzilla?
