if a video is playing, which is located on my mobile phone and from there i double click it to play. then in now playing i can see the video but double clicking does not go in fullscreen.

Currently, double clicking on a playing video doesn't go to fullscreen.  This is true whether the video is located on a mobile device or not.  I think your issue should be covered by the more generic Bug 535185.  I'm going to mark this as a duplicate of that one, but feel free to reopen if you don't think that bug covers your issue.
