Open a new meeting window 
1) Add a recipient 
2) Show attachment bar 

These two options have common hotkey 'a'

Used 'b' for Show Attachment Bar.  The same attachment bar widget is also used in the mail composer, event editor, task editor and memo editor.  I checked all those for conflicts, but they're easy to miss and GTK+ is no help in catching them.
