Description Jakob Unterwurzacher 2009-11-29 15:32:51 UTC
1) Open any not-multiple-of-8 jpg, for example this one: http://launchpadlibrarian.net/36200019/example_eog_ace.jpg .
2) Rotate right, save, close, open.
3) You will get a corrupted image, screenshot: http://launchpadlibrarian.net/36230495/screenshot%20original%20buggy%20rotated.png (several rows of pixels from the left are now on the right).

This happens with all jpgs where the pixel size is not a multiple of 8.
This makes lossless jpg rotation impossible and eog should not attempt to use it in this case.
