G_END_DECLS are missing from brasero-burn.h and brasero-burn-dialog.h causing build failures for C++ code.

Thanks for the report. I committed a patch that should fix the problem for upcoming 2.28.3 and in master. Feel free to reopen if I missed some headers. Thanks
