In gedit 2.28.0 (Ubuntu 9.10), when I try to move the last line of a file with Alt + Arrow Up, the result is incorrect. Here's an example:

# Before:
first line
second line
third line

# After pressing Alt + Arrow Up on third line:
first line
third linesecond line

I should have fixed this with the following commit
