Description Nicolò Chieffo 2009-11-12 14:23:27 UTC
When opening a container, lots of tracks could be available (video, audio, subtitles, chapters).

It would be really useful if the user could choose which ones he would like to mux, and which one will be displayed by default.

The new 0.17 UI got some entry points for this feature, at least in terms of supporting multiple audio and video streams. For subtitles I need encodebin to support subtitles first.

Worked on this over the weekend, seems we need some GStreamer bugs fixed first. Setting GStreamer bug as blocker.

Ok, this is fixed now for audio tracks. We don't support subtitles yet. I could add it for video, but that seems to be a very rare usecase.
