Useless page when user list is disabled

When the user list is disabled (which can only be done using gconf but this is
another bug [1]) there is a useless dialog shown where you just have to click
on log in before you are asked for your username.

The issue about the "useless dialog" is already reported as bug #591082.

The launchpad bug #464957 isn't really a bug.  To configure GDM you need to set the GConf keys for the "gdm" user.  That is how GDM is designed.

Note bug #587750 is already filed that GDM needs a GUI interface to make configuring GDM easier.
