This is a regression from old epiphany versions, maybe due webkit migration (but it works fine with midori :-/)

Simply try to open a mailto link, like:
http://wiki.mandriva.com/en/Development/Mailinglists#changelog_.28sympa.40mandrivalinux.org.29

-> mailto:sympa@mandrivalinux.org?subject=unsubscribe%20changelog

A error is shown:
Unable to load page

Problem occurred while loading the URL mailto:sympa@mandrivalinux.org?subject=unsubscribe%20changelog

URL cannot be shown

The expected behavior would be that mail reader should be opened

This is already fixed in 2.29.x.
