make failed at tests/documents/Makefile 
because the following files are missing:

- tests/documents/doc%20file.xml
- tests/documents/message.xml
- tests/documents/message.xsl

Okay should be fixed in CVS, I just moved the file to
doc_file and used %5F instaed of %20 in the test,
