Description Guillaume Desmottes 2009-10-21 10:42:28 UTC
Empathy should use the new ContactCapability API instead of the old one when checking if contacts supports audio/video features.
Comment 1 Guillaume Desmottes 2009-10-21 10:51:37 UTC
Ideally we should wait that all CM's implement it or fallback to the old API if they don't.

Butterfly bug: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24045
tp-sofiasip doesn't implement the old capability iface so I guess it's fine.
Comment 2 Guillaume Desmottes 2010-01-13 15:18:27 UTC
I have a branch implementing this but it's based on the branch fixing bug #599164.
Comment 3 Guillaume Desmottes 2010-01-14 13:57:05 UTC
This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
