The system refuses to use Flash Player 9, and I can't install Flash Player 10!

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but the maintainers need more information to fix the bug. Could you please answer the questions in the other report in order to help the developers?

I tried to let Firefox 3.1 Beta 3 Load Flash Player 10 automatically. Archive manager got a permissions exception. Then, when I tried to close Archive Manager, it "hit the fan!"
