Description Zach Goldberg 2009-10-07 14:52:28 UTC
This is a ticket for merging the gsoc2009 branch (work by svdlinden on integrating gobject-introspection) to git master.
Comment 1 Simon van der Linden 2009-10-07 16:34:49 UTC
I'd be pleased to work toward that goal!
Comment 2 Tomeu Vizoso 2009-10-08 10:39:55 UTC
Me as well, what is left in the gsoc2009 that needs to be merged into HEAD?
Comment 3 Simon van der Linden 2009-10-08 13:02:49 UTC
Almost everything I did this summer.
Comment 4 Gian Mario Tagliaretti 2009-10-08 19:43:24 UTC
Simon I guess that your mentor during the GSOC should review and give you permission to push to master, I really have no clue on this.
Comment 5 Daniel Espinosa 2009-10-09 20:03:26 UTC
Please add this bug a dependency to bug #597696. I think the patch #145174 must be applied, or unless its porpouse, in order to merge.
Comment 6 Tomeu Vizoso 2009-10-12 13:51:16 UTC
Ping, has Johan said anything about his agreement with merging the branch into master?
Comment 7 Simon van der Linden 2009-11-09 21:52:12 UTC
We recently decided to keep the GI module in a separate product. I committed minimal patches to PyGObject, following Johan's agreement.

IMHO, this bug should be close as WONTFIX.
