I would like to see this in Nautilus:
When I point a file, a tooltip appears and shows information about this file - owner, group, permissions, size, date of modification, file type.

It would be good to add some content-specific information:
preview - for images, videos and text files (already implemented for sound files)
image size - for images
length - for sound and video
