When starting 2.3.6 on Vista, splash screen appears and then disappears. 
But GnuCash doesn't start.

gnucash.trace.XXXXXX file contains the following info:
*   WARN <qof.engine> [guid_init()] only got 2061 bytes.
The identifiers might not be very random.
