Created attachment 143889 [details] [review] patch to do the above Planner is using an old libegg recently used implementation which writes to ~/.recently-used not the ~/.recently-used.xbel that in vogue now, so planner's files aren't appearing in gnome's places->recent documents Attached patch (ripped out of gedit) gets planner to use the gtkrecentmanager. the libegg dir could be removed after applying
Thanks for the report. We already have one about this topic and a patch is attached there. The patch is being reviewed. I'll have a look at your patch too to see if the first one was missing something, in which case I would borrow code from yours.
