Description Tony Tsui 2009-09-19 20:32:59 UTC
When I try an upload a file to a bug I get the following error message:

The file you are trying to attach is empty, does not exist, or you don't have
  permission to read it.

I've double checked that there isn't anything wrong with my file.

Inspecting the HTTP POST I can see the file being sent with the request. The HTTP POST and Response can be seen here http://pastebin.mozilla.org/671946
