This happens a couple times a week - I use evolution for my mail and then my left-hand folder display menu stops working.  I can no longer expand and collapse folders.  I have to kill evolution and restart it.  I haven't been able to determine how to replicate it, or I'd give you more information.  Sorry this is so vague, but I'll gladly help out investigating this issue though.
