This looks like a problem in the database, try removing ~/.config/gtranslator/berkeley
The strange thing is that using the gtranslator git, the problem does not appear. But anyway, I did the removal and apparently the problem was resolved. I'll continue testing. If you prefer, you can close the bug. If the problem recurs I make reference to it.
